Exchanges & Returns

You can return an item to any DOLITA store for the same model size exchange. All in-store exchanges are based on stock availability in that store.

DOLITASHOES.COM does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of order, email customer@dolitashoes.com with your request. Once you receive the email from customer service, please do as follows:

  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  • Print and fill out Return Form and include it inside the box.
  • Close the box and tape it securely and return to the following address:
    Dolitashoes.com, Laisves av. 125, LT-06118 Vilnius, Lithuania

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and customs clearance fees.

Return to store

You can return item(s) purchased on www.dolitashoes.com to one of the DOLITA stores listed below within 14 days of item delivery date.

Just follow the steps listed below:

1. Locate your preferred DOLITA Store (please reference the list below for participating locations).

2. Bring the item(s) that you want to return to the DOLITA Store. Do not forget the order confirmation or e-invoice. Please bring the item(s) in the original shipping box. 

3. At a store, DOLITA staff will help you manage returns. 

Please note that the refund will be issued to the original form of payment used when shopping online once we have received your return. After the return is received and we have verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the refund has been issued.

Return to store is currently available on the following locations:

- DOLITA Store Vilnius, Laisves av. 125
- DOLITA Store Vilnius, Gedimino av. 39
- DOLITA Store Kaunas, Laisves av. 63 & 65
- DOLITA Store Klaipeda, H.Manto st. 11b

Important Information

Merchandise must be received at the DOLITASHOES.COM web department no later than 14 days after the Return Form is issued and sent.

DOLITASHOES.COM will under no circumstances provide a refund for product(s) that is:

  • Not in perfect condition. Item (s) must not have been worn or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
  • Not been requested within 14 days of receipt of order, and is not received at the DOLITASHOES.COM web department within 14 days after Return Form was issued and sent.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and assessed, DOLITASHOES.COM will process the refund. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process after we have received the returned product.

The customer will receive an email with information about a successful order refund.

Frequent returns

We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Service at customer@dolitashoes.com or by phone +370 5 2301031.

Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or canceling future orders.

DOLITA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
