PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order on DOLITASHOES.COM, you have to create an account.
Creating an account provides you with the ability to:
- Keep track of current orders and view previous purchases.
- Conveniently place orders; all billing and shipping information is saved.
- Sign up for the DOLITASHOES newsletter to stay abreast of new arrivals, enjoy our top-tier editorial content, and get a heads up on upcoming sales
Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
If you’ve received your order confirmation and have any concerns, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you make modifications.
Once your order is placed, a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (EEST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EEST) will be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day starting at 9:00 AM (EEST). During peak periods, processing times may exceed two business days.
ORDER SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If your order contains more than one item, items might be shipped to you separately from different DOLITA locations. In this case, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email for each item with its tracking code.
MODIFYING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Modifying or cancelling your order is always possible, so long as it has not yet been packed or shipped.
