SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOLITA ships worldwide via DHL or DPD.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on your delivery progress.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please find the estimated delivery times (once the parcel has been handed to DHL or DPD):
Europe and European Union: 2-4 business days
Rest of the World: 2-6 business days

SHIPPING COST

We offer free shipping for the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We offer free shipping on orders over 280 EUR to the USA, Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand, UK, Norway, South Korea and Australia. Below 280 EUR value - 28 EUR shipping fee will be applied.

Rest of the world: 28 EUR shipping fee.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise. Whereas all shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulation, are accompanied by an invoice stating the value of the merchandise.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship to the United States, UK, European Union, Norway, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand with duties and taxes included in the final price at check out, and your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.

Customers from other countries will have to pay import duties, customs clearance fees, or other fees calculated during the order shipment. PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Prices are shown, and final invoices will be in Euro (EUR) for all the shipping countries.

NON-RECEIVED ITEMS

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client address due to lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), as per DOLITA commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to DOLITA at the Client's expenses including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Lithuania. These fees will be deducted from eventual reimbursement. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
