Free return shipping is offered to customers located in the EU, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. For returns outside these countries, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments.

To return one or more items from the order, they must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  2. The items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

Footwear should be placed inside its original shoe box and a shipping box to prevent any damage during transportation. DOLITA reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Abandoned items will be sent back to the original shipping address without processing any refund. To avoid this, please get in touch with our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

Please follow this step-by-step guide to initiate a return request:

Step 1 - Access your "Order History" from your account page;
Step 2 - Choose the order you wish to return in the section "Order History" and click "Return Order";
Step 3 - If you are from Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, you will receive an automated confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item;
Step 4 - If you are from the European Union countries (except Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia), USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and South Korea, you will receive a confirmation email with the instructions on how to return the item(s);

If you can’t find this email, please check the spam and junk folders.

Please note that Free Returns are available only from the same country as a delivery address.


We guarantee product quality. Each product is subject to valid quality requirements and return laws. These principles apply to the entire assortment, including products purchased during promotions. If any item purchased at Dolita has defects, please contact us.

Once returned shoes have been quality-checked and approved, DOLITA will issue a refund to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. Refunds can take up to 5 business days, it depends on your financial institution.


DOLITA does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.


We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. Therefore, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team if you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently find merchandise unsatisfactory.
Our system will automatically flag frequent returns made from the same account. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may act by blocking an account and cancelling future orders.
