We offer free shipping and free return for the following countries:
EU countries, USA, Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand, UK, Norway, and Australia.
Rest of the world: 25 EUR shipping fee.

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulation, are accompanied by an invoice stating the value of the merchandise.
Express return with DHL or DPD:
- Login using the chosen credentials;
- Choose the order you wish to return in the section “Order History” and click “Return Order”;
- You shall receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item.
Customers outside these countries: EU countries, USA, Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand, UK, Norway, and Australia are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post. Custom clearance fees (when applied) will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
TAXES AND DUTIES
If you order outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. DOLITASHOES has no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you exactly how much it may cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and cancelling future orders.
DOLITASHOES.COM reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
